Frank M. Ashley, III
CPA/PFS (Retired)
Senior Investment Officer (2017-2024)
Senior Adviser, Investment Committee (2024 – Present)
For more than four decades Frank has educated clients, family, and friends on tax planning while demystifying the often-confusing investment products promoted by national sales teams. He has long guided clients to stay focused on fundamentals and tune out the noise of reactive pundits.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Frank served in a discipline-driven environment that shaped his approach to research, analysis, and long-term decision-making. Frank carried these principals into his stock research.
Although Frank retired in 2024 as a CPA, Personal Financial Specialist* and Senior Investment Officer, he continues to contribute his expertise as Senior Adviser to the Global Trust Investment Committee.

Background
Having trained on a nuclear submarine in the U.S. Navy's Atlantic Fleet in the early 1970's, Frank understands the importance of discipline, a strong sense of direction, and collaborative efforts in reaching one's target.
He continuously instills that predisposition in helping clients and friends sort through all areas of their financial lives. Frank's famous rhetorical question:
"If you don't know where you're going, how will you know if you get there?"
