Radha Rai is a Managing Partner and Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) of Global Trust Asset Management, LLC, where she leads and oversees the firm’s Compliance Program and regulatory compliance framework. Ms. Rai brings more than 20 years of experience in the legal and financial services industries to her leadership role at Global Trust.

As CCO, Ms. Rai is responsible for overseeing the firm’s compliance and risk management programs and ensuring that Global Trust’s policies, procedures, and business practices are designed to meet applicable federal securities laws and regulatory requirements. She works closely with the firm’s management and investment professionals to identify and mitigate regulatory and operational risks and to promote a strong culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Ms. Rai holds a Juris Doctor degree from CUNY School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Stony Brook. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
